How long does it take to build a custom home?
Most custom homes take between 10 and 18 months from breaking ground to move-in, depending on the size, complexity, and material selections. We’ll give you a realistic timeline estimate during your initial consultation.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve the greater Chicagoland area, plus Iowa and Southern Wisconsin — including McHenry, Lake, and Kane counties in Illinois, communities across eastern Iowa, and southern Wisconsin towns just north of the state line. Not sure if you are in range? Just reach out and ask.
Do I need to already have land?
Not at all. We can help you evaluate potential lots and connect you with trusted real estate professionals in the area. Many of our clients come to us before they’ve found their land.
Can I bring my own plans?
Absolutely. If you’ve already worked with an architect or have a set of plans you love, we’re happy to build from them. We can also connect you with architects we’ve worked with for years if you’re starting from scratch.
